Matthew is a native Floridian who grew up in Orlando, Florida.  Completing his Bachelor's degree at the University of Central Florida and his Juris Doctorate at Florida State University, Matthew has been an attorney for over twenty years with most of his experience in and around real estate.  With his extensive litigation experience relating to real estate and title issues as well as his representation of lenders, developers, real estate brokers, investors, small businesses and property owners, Matthew is well versed in the issues that may arise and attempt to derail a closing.  To add to that, Matthew is also experienced in estate planning and probate issues which may impact or delay a closing.  This experience is put to use at Welcome Home Title to insure that you get the closing experience that will leave you with the peace of mind that it has been handled accurately from the start.

Lesly Morton is the founder and CEO of Welcome Home Title.  Lesly received her Bachelor's and Masters degree from Florida State University.  With a father, sister and brother-in-law all involved with real estate in various forms, Lesly has been surrounded by real estate most of her life.  After seeing experiences with numerous title companies, Lesly knew that a title company could help make the difference in how buyers and sellers of real estate feel about their properties and that is where the idea for Welcome Home Title was born.  Welcome Home Title was founded to provide everyone, buyers and sellers alike, with the closing experience that will truly make them feel comfortable and secure that their closing was handled by the best.
